IN KEEPING WITH GAMING REGULATIONS, ALL WORLDBEATCANADA.COM WINNERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

* Entrants must also be 19 years of age or older on the date of their entry into the contest.

* Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

* In the case of a cancelled event Calcopyrite Communications is not responsible for replacement of prizes.

*All entries become the property Calcopyrite Communications who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. The decision of the contest judges is final. Calcopyrite Communications is not responsible for technical malfunctions of any kind that may affect contest results. In the event that an entrant is not eligible, or cannot be contacted after diligent efforts by Calcopyrite Communications, Calcopyrite Communications will have the right to qualify another entrant and Calcopyrite Communications shall be released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in the regard. By entering in this contest the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules.

* By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules. By entering the contest, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city of residence and /or photograph, without compensation, in any advertising or publicity carried out by the sponsors.
